neither at details
nor at specifics.
He wanted others
to look into his heart
as he always looked
into other’s,
with raised eyebrows
although interpreted
as arrogance ,
contempt for others.
He neither tried to prove anything;
nor showed off
even when he was advised to.
He kept his emotions
under control
with poise, silence,
seen as indifference and introversion.
He found no meaning
in hustle and whistle of the world
around him:
Found solace in contemplating on
truth, goodness and beauty.
Some called him ‘philosopher’
while others branded him as a ‘utopian’,
‘idealistic’, ‘a day-dreamer’.
He lacked common sense
when those ‘silly things’
were ‘sensible’ to many
who sought power,
social recognition and approval.
Those who understood him,
were very few;
and those who misunderstood him
were many.
‘The wise men’ of the world
warned him many times;
to be careful, social, practical,
and little bit diplomatic.
He didn’t heed them,
because he believed
in originality, Spontaneity and neutrality.
He was accused
of being adamant
when in fact he was very easygoing.
He could easily twist his tongue
as he believed in a reality
that is dynamic AND FLUX.
He believed
in openness and industry.
He didn’t want,
to force his views
on others
nor he tried
to define anything categorically.
He kept his room open,
But only few got keys
to open his room.
Those who entered,
saw themselves clearly,
realized their souls
and went back
enlightened.
Those who fell short of
obtaining the key,
remained in the darkness,
unaware that,
they are heading towards,
chaos and utter misery.
If he had been more careful,
practical and social,
He would have become
An OBLIVION as many as
in history.
